- Shipping costs include: postage, packaging & handling.

- We ship from Portugal using national postal service - Correios de Portugal ( CTT) by priority mail. The delivery will be made by your local mail office of your national service at your ADDRESS provided during checkout.

- This mail is safe and priority with tracking number. - Multiple items above 2 kgs could be shipped in several and separate packages.

- To Spain the delivery is made by Tourline Express mail in 2 days

- In cases where package is kept at the customer's local post office, it is the customer's responsibility to collect the package. No refunds will be issued for non-collected items.

- Customers will have to pay the reshipping and any fees charged due to the return of the packaging.

- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

- If the customer does not want to pay the reshipping of the order, a 40% restock fee will be deducted from your order amount, so the value of the refund will be less 40% of the order price.

- Keep in mind that we are responsable for the package until it arrives at your post office or home, after that you are responsable to collect the package and handle appropriately. 



- We always ship your order to your ADDRESS provided  at CHECKOUT so please make sure you provide a correct address.

- If you detect an error in your complete address please contact me as soon as possible to rectify before shipment be made to a wrong address.

- We are not responsible for items returned due to incorrect addresses. You will have to pay the re shipment of your order.



The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Usually:

- items ready to ship usually takes 3/5 days
- items made to order and custom orders varies so for details, see individual items.

We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them because the shipping service depends of your national custom and mail.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.


- If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please Contact me and we will find a solution.


- For Returns the buyer must send me a email within 14 days of receiving the item and ship item back within 30 days of delivery

. All refunds will be made upon receiving the item in the same condition it was sent out. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

- Shipping fees are not refundable, only the item price.

- The buyer is responsible for all costs incurred in returning items for either a refund or an exchange.


- For Cancellations the buyer must send me an email within 2 days informing about your decision.



The following items can't be returned 

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

- Custom  or personalised orders

- Items on sale

- Items made to order 



We use PayPal as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Or you can pay using your PayPal balance if you have an PayPal account.

When you select paypal as your payment method, you will be redirected to their website where you may complete your payment. You do not need to register for a Paypal account to make your payment; you can just use your credit card.

Our site is secure! You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. We never even see your credit card number. PayPal just tells us that you've paid and we ship you your stuff. We get your money through PayPal later.
